Raguan® – Our Mission

We at Raguan aim to produce the most delicious, flavourful, ready-to-eat gourmet, traditional Malaysian cuisine. Our family’s love for genuine authentic local cuisine is our biggest inspiration and creative influence in producing and managing our food.We place great importance on (1) creating the healthiest, freshest version of our products; (2) the use of recyclable, environmentally friendly food packaging; (3) being socially responsible by endeavoring to enrich our local community.

Quality, versatility and convenience are some of the foremost values that we adhere to in creating our products. We employ both traditional and modern cooking techniques and “just mix and eat” defines the ease and convenience of using our products. It is our mission to make ready-to-eat Malaysian cuisine readily available locally and internationally,

Our products are made using quality ingredients and in our concern for health, we refrain from using artificial preservatives, either using heat preservation techniques or the most natural and cleanest method of food preservation – freezing.

In order to maintain product quality, flavor, texture and nutrition, a portion of our products are blast frozen before being vacuum packed.

Another of our goals is to change the current perception towards frozen food; food that are of low quality, not so tasty, but easy to consume. Our Rendang Daging Panggang/Roast Beef Rendang is slow cooked in the latest low temperature oven to produce roast beef of the finest quality, and we also have food safety certification from our Health Ministry (Mesti).
